Table with white background in drawing

in Drawings
Good afternoon,
I try to insert a table in a drawing above a picture of the drawing received by a supplier. The problem is that we can't read properly the content because the background of this table is transparent. Is there any mean to have a white background? For now I just added several white pictures and placed them between the drawing picture and the table but I search for a cleaner way to proceed.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Your idea of inserting an image was good, and currently, I don't think there are any other ways of doing it. Try to create an improvement request for it.
Thank you for your answer. I will create an improvement request as you recommend.
