Hello,
need some help after over 1h trial and error with no success.
How can i move the parts surface on surface? I didn't get any further with "translate".
I found some videos with sliders but i cant find the buttons in oneshape.

The method I used in my copy of your document (link below) is by using mate connectors. I first suppressed all of your transforms and I also suppressed the chamfer of the wall so I could zero in on that front top corner to place a mate connector there. Another mate connector was placed on the relative corner of the post flange. At first the parts were not in the desired positions relative to each other but by using the reverse direction arrow and the rotate option in the Transform dialog box it eventually got corrected. Hope this helps. - ScottyI suspect you might be positioning the parts so you could perform another task when the parts are positioned correctly. If this is the case, in your assembly you could have used a similar method to position the parts by using the same mate connectors and using a Fasten mate connector. Then while in the assembly you can create a new part studio in context thereby having the correctly positioned parts to reference.
