Edge won't fillet but the other side edge will?

The bottom has filleted but the same bit on the top won't?
Never mind, I figured it out! I don't know how to delete a post though, I only see an 'edit' option.

Good for solving it yourself, I still had a look at your model and think the issue was some fillets were self-intersecting and therefore resulting in faulty geometry.
Just an fyi, have a look at this copy of your model. You can make multiple selections for fillets, helps you to reduce features/clicks.
+ The hole feature does not need a sketch. It can work with an implicit mate connector.
