How to show two DOF to animate tool path

I'm trying to give two DOF to the tool to demonstrate machining process. Tool has to rotate about its axis (Z axis) and able to translate in X axis. However, I'm able to show only one DOF at a time with the animate option.

Please let me know the suggestions on this?

    You can "fake" it by adding a rack and pinion mate relation to make it rotate when the X moves (it will spin "backwards" when the X translation reverses though...)
