Custom value for boolean in BOM

I've created a boolean(sparepart) in the properties manager, where I want to indicate whether a part is a sparepart. This will be shown in the BOM on the drawing.
Now, the value on the drawing states true or false. Can I change this output to a custom value, e.g. 'yes' for true and empty for false?
