Middle School Teachers Discussion?

Hello, 
I am a middle school teacher in PA looking for ideas and examples of how other teachers are using OS in the classroom. Is there a specific place to ask this question?

    Here is as good a place as any.

    There is an instructor's discussion section of the forum where there are some  more education discussions, links and tutorials available.

    I guess it depends on what you want the students to achieve. 

    3D modeling?
    Engineering drawing ?
    3D printing?
    CNC?
    Holiday in Singapore for the F1 in Schools final? (No pressure on my students for that one! 😀)
