Insert Reference Drawings into a Working Drawing

Apologies for asking a very basic question. I am having difficulty understanding how Move to document... works.
I am working in DrawingA that has some Sketches.
I would like to insert DrawingB and DrawingC for reference purposes (and move them around in DrawingA).
I created a Part Studio 1 tab in DrawingA (hoping to insert DrawingB and DrawingC) but I just don't know how to proceed. I've read some older threads (including the rated one by Neil Cooke) but I cannot emulate those steps to obtain references of DrawingB and DrawingC in DrawingA.
What are the basic steps, please? DrawingB and DrawingC are purely for reference purposes. The final version of DrawingA will not require references to DrawingB and DrawingC.
Thanks.
