Folder Management within Team Drives

Is there a way for the admins of Team drives to manage the folders within the team drives, or allow the folder to be owned by the team so multiple people can manage the files in the drive. To clarify, what I am asking is there a way for there to be multiple managers besides the owner to move around the files in onshape teams, similar to Google's shared drives? If not, is this in the works?
