Enclose with a Hole

I am trying to make a space bounded by surfaces into a a solid so I was planning on using the enclose tool. However, This space has a hole running through it and so I am not sure how to use the tool if there is a hole. Also I cannot use the sweep function or something like that because the hole varies in size from very large to kinda small.

I am making a car. That is it above and the partI need to make solid is the front part but as you can see I have a channel running through the front.
