Scaling multiple sketches

I have created a model of a bicycle for a project. I like the model, but have placed all dimensions in mm rather than cm as I intended, so the whole thing is 10x smaller than it should be. When using the transform tool, I have noticed that the sketches stay the same size but the parts change. Is there any way to scale the sketches as well, because I want to be able to use my model in others to demonstrate sizing. Also cannot change dimensions manually without ruining offsets. Picture shows sketches at original scale inside parts scaled up from origin.
