Ability to change UI focus for extrude command in preferences

In https://cad.onshape.com/documents/535495403abc98464e1f7a57/w/9f15ecf581c488d038e314dc/e/b400552c3641d0e818987bb5 I did a custom feature that changes the UI focus to depth. This allows a user to select the extrude region then, begin the extrude command, and type in the depth without having to use tab or the mouse. For solidworks users especially (used to this ability) and even for the rest of us, this can speed up modeling. I was hoping that under user preferences there could be a way to set this as default extrude. (Instead of this just being a custom feature)
