sloped surface creation between two surfaces on a part

Hi I am designing this and I need an angled surface from the outer circle diameter to the inner circle between the blades. The point is for it to pick up marbles and then funnel them to the middle diameter of the inner circle and onto a different ramp. Please help me with how I might be able to achieve that. Thank you.
