Lofting from rectangle to cylinder face creates a spiral. Trying to create a screwdriver tip.

Hi there.
I'm making a purpose-built screwdriver but the tip is coming out funky.
Lofting from Plane 1 to the face of the extrude creates a spiral sort of twist.

Any way to correct for this to make it look more like a real screwdriver?

It works, and prints fine, just a little detail I'd like to learn from is all.

Thanks.
