especial circular pattern

Hi i have to draw this i can draw and extrude both circles but my problem is the connecting lines how can i duplicate the line in that pattern i try circular pattern but didn't work

    In a stetch, no problem. 

    In a model, connecting lines (= "Spokes") should of course be a part, e.g. cylinders.

    If your goal is to model spokes, you really only need to make one, and then either you do an assembly pattern (if you want individual parts) or you do a feature pattern in the part studio if your wheel will just be one single part.
