Can a mate connector owned by many parts? Or how to configure owner part of a mate connector?

I have a gearbox assembly that can changes the reduction radio. Gear1 and gear2 are in the gearbox. I can change the configuration of gear1, such as 60, 72.

In part studio gear1, I configure supression of derived 60, 72, because I use kisssoft to design gears and Import step.

I need to add mate connector to gear1. But if the mate connector owned by 60, it will wrong when I change the configuration to 72.

I don't want to create two mate connectors, because I need to use different mate connectors in gearbox assembly.

Get the feature script called MultiMateConnector.

Same mate connector can't be owned by multiple parts, but we can create MC for each part at the same position.
