What is the name of this part's fillet thingy? And how to achieve it in OnShape?

I came across this interesting fillet thing but I don't know what is the name of it to search how to do it? Can you tell me what its name is and I'd really appreciated if you guys show me how to do it in OnShape also!

Some CAD tools have more of a continuum between fillets and chamfers which include chamfers that have a crown. Usually they also have variable fillet/chamfers. However I've never seen one that has a variable chamfer with a negative crown which is one way to describe the shape you're looking for.
Ignore this, I am completely wrong!
If you don't want to go into surfacing a lofted cut can do that:
