Creating a drawing from a view based on a rolled back state

Hi All, I'm new to Onshape and am trying to learn how to create drawings from a model and came across this issues which I have not been able to find the solution to.
I want to create a drawing of a view of my part that is visible when the state is rolled back. But of course, when I do that, the other parts of the drawing get affected which require the final state to be present.
What is the best way to do this which is essentially a cut-away view of my part.
Thanks

However, it seems like you are after a cross sectional view to me, if you want to see what the inside of the part looks like on a 2D drawing.
