Disappearing parts assemblies

I am having a recurring problem with my document wherein updating to the latest version of Onshape seems to hide or delete certain parts studios without leaving any trace. Reverting the update then hides or deletes other parts studios, meaning I cannot access a version where I have access to all of my parts studios at the same time. The Parts studios that are hidden or recovered are always the same ones for some reason, and I have experienced no other issues with Onshape.
