Patterning Features from a Basic Point Sketch

I have a part that I am modeling, and would like it to be fairly configurable. In other CAD software, I can create a basic point sketch then a pattern of planes and pattern features following the basic point sketch/planes. I am wondering if there is anything similar? Or a method of having different spacing in a linear pattern?
The features I need to be able to group together and pattern are; an extrude, corner relief cuts, and fillets.
Essentially I want to create a series of tabs with differing spacing (in the same direction) all driven from a basic sketch.
Does something like this exist in Onshape?
