Small engrave around a cylinder

Hello everyone! I have a cylinder, and I'm looking to create a small 2-millimeter-wide indentation encircling the bottom part (similar to a groove). I'm new to Onshape, and I'm not sure how to go about it. Can anyone guide me through the steps?

You could craete a sketch plane in parallel to your groove and sketch then 'use' the outer cylinder in that sketch. Then create an offet circle from that for the bottom of the groove. Finally extrude-remove the narrow sketch face that lies beween the circles.
