FYI, CAD in general demands a 3 button mouse. (left button, middle scroll wheel that doubles as a button, and right button). It's super worth the $10 to get one, for any CAD program. IMO, as a 30 year Mac user.0 -

If I remember correctly, it can detect if you click on it on its left or right side, even though it all physically looks like one big button. That functionality is turned off by default. But if you go to system preferences>mouse, you can turn on the right click functionality.
If you have an Apple laptop instead, you can also go to system preferences>trackpad, and turn on two fingers for right click. That makes right clicking super easy on Mac laptops.
Good luck.0
