Reusable part features

I have a feature for a zip tie anchor, which I need to insert a few times to a bigger part. But I can't seem to find a way to do this in onshape.
The use case is relatively simple. I have a feature, in this case it's a tent style zip tie mount. While the mount isn't all that complex, I don't want to re-design it every time I use it. So I've designed it as a separate part.
This part would then be inserted in a number of locations of a different part. I've marked example locations with a mate in the below picture. The final part would be a single solid part with the other feature embedded.
I just can't understand how to make something like this happen. Or if I have a workflow that isn't compatible with onshape. I would expect that repeating the same feature in a part is a relatively common thing to do.

After reviewing your original question I realized this is better done at assembly level since these types of parts are typically fastened with some sort of adhesive or a screw. Simplifies the whole process since you'll likely want to use in other assemblies in the future.
As a common part the clip should be in it's own document under a common parts folder making it easier to find.
May even be stock item from the likes of McMaster or an electrical supplier for less than design/make you're self in which case there is likely a down loadable part.
