Brackets

I need to make a cylinder tube with three brackets coming off this, I can make it separately, but how would you make it as one piece

What Martin said.  But, in the meantime, if you made the cylinder and brackets with basic features (extrude, revolve, etc.) then make sure Add was selected in those features, not New.  Or, you can always use Boolean.

I see you have the cylinder. Now what kind of brackets? You could model them based on the same sketch as the cylinder or using the cylinder. I need three brackets at the bottom of the tube, one on each side, they are going to attach to another surface
