I made a single rollercoaster seat and now I’m trying to make a ring of seats like an actual one, anyone know how to do this

The Circular pattern feature should do the trick.
There is also one in the Assembly studio if you insert your seat there.

To do this, you will need to learn how to use assembly mates.
See the Learning Center Pathways for the best way to learn how to use mates.

Use the search bar at the top right, it's great if you don't know exactly where a feature is.

You can make it within an In-context part studio within the assembly. Then, as long as they are all exported in one file, your print should merge it all together even if they are separate parts in the assembly.
