How can I rotate an image in onshape??

Hi everyone, I would like to know about the manipulation of imported image in onshape. If anybody can provided me with guides through screenshots that would be great. I have looked through the onshape guide on how to rotate an image, which states that :'To rotate an image, remove the horizontal constraint, fix one corner and drag another corner. Although to veteran users this would make sense right away, but please excuse me as I cannot understand what the guide is referring to , as I am new this platform. I would greatly appreciate any help!
