Help with concave surface

Hello,

I have this part drawn and I cant figuree out how to get the convex shape shown in the picture.

Please offer suggestions on what to use.

Any help would be appreciated. I tried all sorts of extrude/remove, sweeps, and composite curves and a bunch of other stuff, all fails for me. The path the curve needs to follow is called 'Convex Path in the drawing.

P.S. It would be better to create the loft first rather than 'cut it out' of the part
