Lost all part studio

I accidentally used "Move to other document" and moved an entire part studio and its variables to a completely different document. Now I can't get it back into the document it came from. "Undo" doesn't undo this. The new document has lost the version history. I can't copy/paste or otherwise get the information back.
The original document is
and the new document is
I want to get the "Vase" part studio from the new document (called "Untitled document") back into the original document ("Vase"), and its variable studio.

Just go to the micro version before parting out and "restore"...
