Extruding from a cylinder and maintaining the curve at the end of the extrusion

I'm designing a part that has a push button 5mm out from the side of a cylinder, but I want the top of the push button to have the same curve as the cylinder. So I can extrude a circle out from a sketch plane at a tangent to the cylinder, but that has a flat top.  I can use the wrap tool to wrap a circular shape on the cylinder but that doesn't have parallel sides.  I'm sure this is easy, I just can't figure it now.

@mark_green, see if this approach works for you.  Extrude-remove perpendicular to the centerline axis of the button to cut the cylinder diameter into the face.  Here's the associated model.

There are feature options to do that in more or less one step: Extrude the button with 'up to face' option, to the sleeve face of the cylinder, use offset -5mm if you want it to stick 5mm out of the cylinder, that's it:
