how would i Boolean all the parts in this mess ?

    The issue starts with extrude2 where you selected 'add'. Because you're asking to Boolean Add nonmanifold geometry. Probably the same problem in other features. When 2 corners meet with no overlap, that creates nonmanifold condition.

    Here is a great explanation of what non-manifold geometry is: How to fix non-manifold geometry issues on 3D models (sculpteo.com). I took a look at your model and it looks like there are quite a few of these being created. You could make make the meeting points have small flat rather than just a point to fix this.
