Boolean Subtract Not Working

I cannot get boolean subtract to work constantly. Ive created several "cut tools" and either select them individually or as a a group. Most of the tools subtract from the target, either selected one at a time or as a group. However, the end one will not execute the subtraction. I dont get any error messages. Thanks inadvance.
