How do I create a non-planar curve?

Hi all, I am trying to model a rotor blade using the loft tool and have found myself in a situation where the guide curve that I want to use for the leading edge cannot be represented with a planar sketch.
More specifically, I would like a guide curve that is the intersection of the two highlighted curves in the first image, which are drawn on perpendicular planes. I extruded the curves as surfaces in the second image to illustrate what I mean. I'd appreciate any advice anyone has to offer.

Otherwise a 3D fit spline might be an option
