when I creat an assembly , sometimes I have to insert a sub assembly or a part which does not belong to this work assembly as a reference,so if I add this assembly into main assembly, the reference part will be double,we only can hide it, can we make it virtual ?

You could add a comment to the dummy part to warn other users it is not in the assy.
Not knowing your parts and the relationships required but an work around maybe to add mate connectors in your part studio linked to a part which is used simulating the locations for mating without having to insert a dummy part.
