Making a document public from an education enterprise.

How do I make a document public from an education enterprise?  I searched help, but all it has is how to from a CAD.Onshape account.  It does not appear to work the same for an EDU enterprise system.

    The enterprise administrator can transfer ownership out of the enterprise to someone who can then make the document public.
