How to rotate a part using reference line

Hello
I'm trying to create a model airplane wing using an external dxf to generate a part.
Importing DXF and generating the part works fine.
Transformation (linear) using a construction line from the tip to coordinate origin (0,0,0) also works fine, see first picture.
However, getting the part to line up the leading edge tip and lower trailing edge corner, see second picture, on the X-axis eludes me.
In Rhino there is a way to use a reference line that can be snapped orthogonally.
How to do that in Onshape?

Use ctrl C to capture angle from dimension.
Ctrl V to set new angle during transform rotate.
