Onshape Apps not appearing

I recently subscribed to a number of apps and none of them are showing up in my 'Applications' tab when I am actually in a file. Attached are photos showing both my active subscription as well as the lack of the apps in my workspace. Has anyone encountered this problem and/or have a solution?
