This suddenly occured and cannot access my files

    Hi @christopher_seymour. Are you an Avast customer? Specifically Avast AntiTrack? Avast AntiTrack and CCleaner Kamo have been identified as blocking Onshape websockets. As a test, can you disable Avast and kill the Avast processes? Disabling is not sufficient. 

    I have opened a support ticket with Avast, but since we are not a customer I'm not sure how much response I am going to get.

    Can you try the processes here? https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/284/#mac
    You will want to try whitelisting "cad.onshape.com" and "cad-euw1.onshape.com".
