Kiri:Moto Fails to Create Correct Toolpaths

Long-time user of both onshape and kiri:moto. Never had any issues with the toolpaths generated until today. When I pull in my part and slice it for CNC in kiri:moto, the toolpaths generated treat my part as a cavity that needs to be cut out rather than a part that needs the stock removed around it. Screenshots attached showing the generated toolpaths, which would create a cavity rather than a part.
