What are these weird dashed lines in my drawing

I am trying to export my design for lasercutting. I arranged the parts in a drawing, but when I had a look at the views, I noticed a weird dashed crosshair marking the centre of some circle in my part.
I am worried that my lasercutter might pick this up and ruin the part. So, I don't want any of this additonal markers/scales/infoboxes, which is why I used a custom, empty template. Apparently, this doesn't turn these markers off. So, my questions are:
1. what are these things (for)?
2. how do I prevent them from appearing in my document
