Copying dependencies on second shape

Is there a way to copy dependencieies from one sketch to another?
I need it for the following project:
I want to "copy" the centre of the circles on the grey shape (like in Image 2).
Of course I could do it manually but I would love to have it dependent from the blue shape. So if I e.g. change the 7mm measurements to 6mm, the circles on the grey shape would slide a bit to the left.
