Onshape not connecting but documents visible?

Hi,
Two and half weeks ago, I and my students encountered onshape not connecting correctly. We can see our documents but once one is selected we get a recurring message despite refreshing the browser as advised (see screen shot). I've noticed other Teachers saying the same on FB design group. This happened at the same time across the UK!? Can anyone advise a way forward please. I have tried all of the advice on the forum to no avail. My students have imminent coursework deadlines and are looking to me to get it fixed. Thanks for any help in advance.

Are you using any of the tools mentioned there?
