How to create an internal thread on a turned part

Hi there,
can anybody tell me how to create an internal thread on a turned part (see screenshot)? The external thread command doesn't work here. Of course, I could use a bore for the thread, however, this will remove the pin in the middle as well and I would need to recreate it afterwards. From other CAD Software I'm used to have a thread command that works for external and internal threads.
Another question is how to use fine threads. Indeed, the intended pitch is 0,75 mm here. Is there a possibility to implement this?
Best regards
