Mass analysis tool

I'm looking for a tool that I can use to drill down into the mass of a general assembly visually (e.g. pie charts). It's got >500 components, and dozens of subassemblies, so being able to easily import a BOM from Onshape and then visualise the mass (or any other quantitative property, like cost) from that BOM, would be fantastically helpful. I'm imagining being able to see the top level breakdown of mass by subassembly and then be able to drill down into any of those subassemblies to see the breakdown within that. Has anyone come across a good tool for this?
