Looking to pay for basic help in drawing a complex shape with only basic sketching skills needed

I've already drawn the overall shape:
I just want to redraw it again to make it smoother and check for manufacturability with a single specific lollipop tool. I've attached a document of how I think the general workflow would be: Google_Doc I'm not really looking for help in how to draw the shape in terms of CAD strategy, I'm more-so looking for a way to check for ensure the this can be properly made in a CNC setting through this tedious multiple sketch loft strategy. I'm looking for some help using really basic sketching skills at a reasonable rate to make this work done quickly. Please DM or message me on instagram (@Alzatech_Industries) to negotiate a rate.

Few questions. What type of material are you cutting? What type of cnc is this being cut on?
