Can't create drawing of sketch.

I created a sketch of a knife but onshape won't let create a drawing. When I create a drawing then try to import the sketch, I get a "failed to resolve sketch" error. I can import the full 3-d part, but not the sketch. 

 I tried copy and pasting the sketch into different documents, but that didn't work. 

Does anyone have a fix for this.

Right click sketch from feature list and select make dwg of sketch or hover over sketch and right click and select same.. Not sure why you're using copy and paste. Insert view is correct term within a drawing.
First Example is done in original document.
The sketch can be inserted into another document if you have a special need.
