I am wondering Why I get 2 'parts' in my parts studio

glen_dewsbury Member Posts: 856 ✭✭✭✭You have a gap in sketch1 that makes 2 parts with the first extrude and extrude4 subdivides part 2 giving s total of 3 parts. Your revolve cut is located such that it leaves a flat at the top of the rib. I think the intent would not want the flat. Coincident constraints will fix that in the sketch. Boolean is not a fix for parts that do not intersect.
