Bend 4 did not regenerate properly. The bend line did not divide the sheet metal into at least two

I got the bend tool to work for 3 of the 4 bend lines that I added. I keep getting the same error message:
Bend 4 did not regenerate properly. The bend line did not divide the sheet metal into at least two parts.
Can someone please take a look and tell me what I need to do? The part is below:

I would suggest you fully constrain your sketch. I don't think that was your issue here, though.
I cannot explain exactly why it wouldn't work without spending a lot more time looking at it, but I did get it to work by reordering the sequence of bends.

The "bend line" gets projected to the sheet metal face and if you try to use bend 4 last it doesn't have anything to project to...
Also the way you have it I don't think bend3 is doing what you expect...

Reorder you bend features working from the end towards the middle (keeping the "middle" part flat to the sketch so that the next bend you do is on a face that is still parallel to your sketch). in this case assuming you want the section between bends 1 and 2 to remain in place, do 4,3,2 (and 1 can be at the beginning or the end)
