Plane is created in a weird rotation, even on 3 point mode.

I have been trying to create an angled plane and points to certain place, but no matter how I sketch it, it's created in a weird rotation.

I know I probably doing something wrong, but I hope someone can help me on how I can make the planes just follow the line angles or something, thanks.

You can use a mate connector instead. They are much more powerful in situations like this.

What you are observing (realignment of x and y axes while maintaining plane normal z) is because Onshape internals (that is, not exposed via FeatureScript) will realign a plane's x and y axes to provide better downstream geometric stability. The plane normal is maintained, which is what most people need.

It may not be what you need, however! In which case your best option would be to follow @S1mon's recommendation and see if you can get a mate connector to give you the orientation you require.
