Is there a way to manually edit explode lines?

I am working on a drawing package of a CubeSat and with OnShape's default explode lines, everything is so cluttered. I want to raise the top part higher so that there's more space in my drawing, but then the explode line of the screw won't line up. And so, I'm wonderng if there's a way to make zig-zag explode lines like the image shown or if there's a way to edit the explode lines later in the drawing, rather than in the assembly.

I would like to see more control of explode lines too. Being able to select edges on the part is helpful, but I want to be able to manually connect edges with an explode line without it being only the distance that explode step has taken.
I'm pretty sure you can do what you're trying to do. The important thing is that you need sometimes to add more steps in order to see the lines where you want to see them and the order you create your steps is important too.
