How to find the cut angle for a compound miter that was formed using the frame tool.

About myself, I am a farmer, and I have used auto cad, Fusion, and onshape as a novice for my own use and for projects on the farmer the years. I have a simple stand made mostly of 1"x1"x1/8" tubing, and two pieces of 3/4"x3/4"x1/8" tubing. The two pieces of tubing 3/4" tubing that intersect the frame with both an x/y angle and a z angle forming a compound miter. I know in the real world I can figure out pretty close how I need to cut the tubing to make it work. But I cannot figure out how to show that within onshape..
Its parts 13 and 14 in the above document. Im sure there is some simple answer that my ignorance is missing. In the cut list it shows an angle of 28.254 degrees but that doesn't really tell me anything, or if it does I don't understand it. I can dimension the angle off the edge of the cut and the length of the tube and see what the angles are, but If I was sending this to a metal shop to cut the part, I can't figure out how to show on a drawing, or even verbalize how to tell them how to cut the compound miter. Any help or tips would be appreciated.
