Surfacing Problems

I've remodelled this thing a second time but I'm still getting a headache from the fill and surface boundary tools. The bottom area fills fine but it's saying there's tangency alignment issues on the other ones. I've removed most of the constraints to make sure that wasn't messing with it, still can't get it to cooperate. I couldn't find anything useful on Google searching for the error I'm getting. Hopefully someone here could point me in the right direction. Thank you.

Well, I'm afraid there are two things to mention:
    1. You got curvature and tangency issues all over the place, so even with a good approach, this is not going to work out well.
    2. This is not the way this is done.
Create clean profile and guide curves. Try to exclude the wingtip for now and skin the wing part first. Then make the rear part of the tip, then the 'piece of cake' that forms the outer front transition.

Ahh I see. So I'll try remodelling it far simpler and add the details later. Makes sense why I was having issues, if those diagrams on the curves represent tangency. Thank you very much.

You could go on @GregBrown's youtube channel and check some relevant videos on what you're trying to achieve.
